By accessing or using Pollitix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address. We use OTP (One-Time Password) based email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

All content, design, graphics, user interface, and data presentation in Pollitix are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Election data itself is sourced from public records and remains in the public domain.
Election results, party information, candidate profiles, constituency data, and manifesto summaries are sourced from the Election Commission of India, Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR), and other publicly available sources. This data is provided "as-is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
The King Maker alliance simulator is a game for entertainment and educational purposes only. It uses historical election data to create "what-if" scenarios. The game's results are not predictions and should not be interpreted as electoral forecasts or political endorsements.
Pollitix is an independent, non-partisan application created for informational and educational purposes. We are not affiliated with any political party, candidate, government body, or the Election Commission of India. The App should not be used as the sole basis for any legal, financial, or political decision-making.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pollitix and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, reliance on election data, or inability to access the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
