Delete Your Account

1. Delete from within the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Pollitix mobile app:

1. Open the Pollitix app on your device.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and data will be removed immediately from our servers.

2. Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by emailing us from the address associated with your Pollitix account:

support@pollitix.com

Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm completion via email.

3. What data is deleted?

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account (email, display name, avatar)
• Your preferences (language, state, default category, theme)
• Your follows, bookmarks, and prediction entries
• Your push notification token and device associations

4. Data we may retain

We do not retain any personally identifying information after deletion. Aggregated, anonymized analytics (such as total prediction counts) may persist but cannot be linked back to you.
